Drake Stopped His Concert To Call Out A Man In The Crowd Who Kept Groping Women
Drake was in Sydney, Australia performing at the Marquee nightclub after his third Qudos Bank Arena show when he paused his performance to utter a threat to someone that he believed was sexually assaulting the women there. He stopped his performance midway and pointed directly at an unidentified man and said: ‘if you don’t stop touching girls, I’m gonna come out there and f**k you up.’
He was standing on top of the DJ platform above the entire crowd when he isolated the man from the crowd. The crowd roared with approval as Drake stared the groper down.
Drake reiterated his point once again in the video by saying: ‘if you don’t stop putting your hands on girls, I’m gonna come out there and f**k your a** up.’ A spokesperson from The Star confirmed that a man was removed from the nightclub.
A statement read: ‘we can confirm a male was removed by Security during Drake’s performance. The Star has zero tolerance for anti-social behavior. Our commitment to providing an enjoyable and, importantly, the safest environment for all our guests is supported by world-class security and surveillance measures, including more than 2800 CCTV cameras and 250-plus security officers.’
